MetLife’s Global Technology Organization Uses TBM to Foster Business Partnership

MetLife’s implementation of TBM supported Global Technology and Operations’ (GTO) strategy of providing a differentiated customer experience and increasing operating leverage. With TBM, IT and business partners were able to benefit from additional transparency around IT costs, improved partner engagement and process simplification. The new centralized TBM solution eliminated multiple redundant tools, integrated with both internal and external data sources, while providing robust self-service analytics capability to business partners.
